The short version

CollegeGuessr is a free, independent trivia game. We try to keep things simple and collect as little as possible. We don't sell your data, we don't run ad-tracking pixels, and we don't share personal information with third parties for marketing.

What we collect

• Game progress. Your current streak, best streak, and chosen era are stored locally in your browser so you can pick up where you left off.
• Big Board entries. When you publish a score, the display name and streak you submit are saved to our leaderboard. Don't submit anything you don't want shown publicly.
• Contact messages. If you send us a message through the Contact Us form, we receive the email address and message you provide so we can reply.

What we don't collect

No accounts, no passwords, no payment information, no location tracking, no third-party advertising trackers.

Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your streak and preferences. You can clear it any time from your browser settings.

Removing your score

Want a Big Board entry removed? Email collegeguessrapp@gmail.com with the display name and we'll take it down.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
