About CollegeGuessr: NFL & College Football Trivia Games
CollegeGuessr is a free daily NFL trivia game made by people who spend their Saturdays watching college football and their Sundays watching the league — and never stopped connecting the two.
Why we built it
Every football fan has had the same argument: which school really produces the best pros? We love college football and we love the NFL, and the best trivia lives right where they meet. Most NFL trivia games ask who won a Super Bowl — a Google search, not a test of knowledge. CollegeGuessr asks the question real fans actually know: where did this guy play before the league?
The games
Guess the College is our college football trivia game with an NFL twist: you see an NFL player and name the school he played for. Five new players every day, and each answer starts at 200 points — the clock drains 10 points every 5 seconds and a wrong guess costs 50.
Guess the Player flips it: you read a player's college and his full NFL career path — every team, every season — and name him in three guesses. Every player in the pool suited up for at least three NFL teams, so the career trail is always a real puzzle.
A perfect day is 1000 points, and everyone plays the same five. Post your score to the daily Big Board to see where your football IQ stacks up.
More than a game
Our blog ranks the five best NFL players from dozens of college programs — from Alabama and Ohio State to FCS pipelines like North Dakota State and Montana. It's the same knowledge that wins games here. New to the format? Learn how to play, or send us feedback — we read everything.
